Dear Participant,

Enclosed is a check, or a voucher, that represents your portion of this year’s $2,781,989 distribution as a result of ongoing revenues from our audiovisual agreements with AIE (the Spanish rights collective), and GVL (the German rights collective) which is the result of our recently negotiated agreement. As reported previously, these payments are a unique form of royalties covering both licensed sound recordings and underscores.

The distribution you are receiving means that you performed in one or more of the categories identified on the enclosed statement:
       1.  a motion picture or television film broadcast on Spanish and/or German television,
       2.  a motion picture or television film exhibited in cinema in Spain and/or Germany, and
       3.  Private Copy audiovisual royalties derived from Germany.

This distribution is being made by the Audiovisual Division of the AFM & SAG‐AFTRA Intellectual Property Rights Distribution Fund. This distribution is in addition to any payments that you may receive from the Sound Recording Division of the AFM & SAG‐AFTRA Fund.

Included with this mailing are the following:
       1.  A check covering your share of royalties detailed above,
       2.  A statement identifying each motion picture, television film, or sound recording licensed for use into such films,
           for which you performed (the statement indicates whether your performance is as a non‐featured or featured
           artist), and
       3.  Our Website Information Flyer.
